Once your photos are in, an artist paints your piece and our team checks it before it reaches you. We'll email you as soon as your proof is ready to review.

Yes. When you review your proof, choose to request changes and tell us what you'd like different: colours, details, positioning, anything. The more specific you are, the closer the next version will be.

Once you approve, the artwork moves on to printing or to your download, so ask for changes before approving.

Printed pieces go into production after you approve your proof. Once your parcel ships, standard delivery takes 6-8 business days, Priority Mail 2-4 business days and Express 2-3 business days. We'll email you the tracking details, and you can also see them on your order page.

Need it by a certain date, like a birthday? Ask our team below with the date and your order number, and we'll tell you what's possible.

Yes, until you approve your proof. Open your order and edit the shipping address there.

After approval the address is locked for printing. If it needs to change then, ask our team below and we'll do our best.

Open your order from the login link and use the upload step on the order page. Each portrait you ordered has its own upload, so two portraits means two uploads. A portrait with several pets has one main photo slot for each of them, and every upload has room for additional photos if you'd like the artist to see more.

Already uploaded and want to add or swap a photo? Ask our team below with your order number and we'll add it for you.

Digital files unlock as soon as you approve the artwork. We'll email you when they're ready, and you can download them from your order page any time after that.

The download is the full-quality file, without the watermark you see on the proof.
